EF Traveler app
With the EF Traveler app, Group Leaders can keep EF updated on how their tour is going. Then, we’ll share their feedback with the rest of our team in real time. This helps us ensure all of our groups are having the best travel experience possible.

The app is available for parents and travelers, too. EF will provide Group Leaders with a unique access code to share with families about three weeks before departing so they can follow their tour’s itinerary while out on the road.
How to downloadEveryone should download the EF Traveler app before leaving for tour. Just search for “EF Traveler” in either the App Store or Google Play,and note that Wi-Fi or cellular data is necessary for installation.
While travelers won’t need Wi-Fi or data to use the app on tour, Group Leaders will need it if they choose to submit feedback in real time.
How to log inGroup Leaders can log in using their EF credentials (the email address and password associated with their EF account). Please note that tour details will not be available until three weeks prior to departure. After tour, Group Leaders will be able to access the app for an additional 30 days.
Parents and travelers can log in to the app using the unique access code provided by their Group Leader about three weeks before departure.
TroubleshootingPrior to tour, Group Leaders can contact their Tour Consultant with any questions about the app. While on tour, Group Leaders can report any problems by clicking “Report a Bug” in the app, or by reaching out to their Tour Consultant.

- Ensure your login credentials are correct
- Close the app on your personal device and restart
- Uninstall and reinstall the app on your device
